The Qurate Retail Group is comprised of eight companies, including QVC, HSN and Zulily. The One Award is the highest recognition given to team members for exceptional achievements that add to the success of the company at any level. Nominations for the award come from team members themselves. I was asked to explore a new identity system for the award, including all the accompanying collateral from nomination criteria to the award ceremony and beyond.
