All This and More
The development of broadcast and digital programming identities has been one of the aspects of my work for QVC. These projects highlight some of the work that the retail giant does best, relying on talents from many team members to create unique assets that resonate with customers at all levels.
Style This. was something new for QVC. A digitally launched, competition-styled shopping show, this program was specifically targeted to a younger demographic. The distinct look, language and energy was a perfect match for the digitally savvy, next-gen shopper, and a bold and leap into the digital landscape for QVC.
Bold, bright, and sunny, Sunday Mornings with Pat & Dan was developed primarily as a fourth-quarter holiday vehicle to bring reliable personalities and themes together into an energized and structured shopping program. The show, and its fresh format, were an instant success, resulting in the show becoming a regular, weekly scheduled program that is planned to air year-round.
Shawn Saves Christmas was a specially programmed holiday season show that ran every Saturday night leading right up to Christmas. The identity of the entire show was based on the host, Shawn Killinger, and her singular style: fun, quirkyl, festive, and unpredictable. Everything about the show reflected Shawn’s personality. The program was an instant hit and has also been revived for the very popular “Christmas in July” campaign.
