Make Me a Monster is the fourth children’s picture book that I conceived, wrote, designed and illustrated. It was published by Chronicle Books in the Fall of 2019.
Make Me a Monster is a novelty board book with pop ups that the reader initiates to transform the book into a (not-so-scary) monster.
Part of bringing Monster to life was in promoting it on social media. Monster went on a “tour” around the country, submitting Instagram selfies from some of its favorite spots. The tour culminated in Monster’s publishing birthday.
