20/20 Vision

See Yourself 20/20 is a customer campaign for QVC that rolled out on January 1, 2020. Initially, it was thought that a campaign would be needed for January only in a New Year/New You type of promotion. After I pitched the idea of seeing yourself “clearly” (a play on the year and the standard for perfect vision) as a theme, the campaign grew legs and was expanded into a year-long customer initiative.
