Internal communications is a huge part of any business, and for QVC, the flagship company of Qurate Retail Group, this is particularly true. QVC, headquartered in West Chester, PA, has broadcast operations in seven counties, an international business unit in Poland, and multiple distribution centers around the world.
I led the concept and design of a global communications system which included an internal print magazine, intranet site, email system, digital billboards, and poster templates. The work included developing a naming system for all elements and creating design/layout guides for global markets to be able to produce their own magazines.
