Total Rewards is Qurate Retail Group’s new employee benefits program. The Program focuses on communicating information and providing resources to team members for four categories: benefits, retirement, compensation, and work/life balance.
The design of the identity itself, reminiscent of a stylized camera aperture, helped to inform the messaging of Total Rewards having a “Focus on You.”
Materials developed include benefits brochures, media presentations, training materials, intranet pages, and a proposed mobile app.
