The journey to success is rarely a straight line. It usually includes many twists and turns, stops and starts, and sometimes includes backtracking along the way. It is a continuous process.
In this concept for The One Award, Qurate Retail Group’s highest internal achievement recognition, a single continuous line twists and turns in ways that echo the shapes of the QRG design system. This creates the framework for The One Award and helps visualize the story of each nominee’s journey to success. A series of banners, brochures, and digital communications were designed to take employees through The One Award process from nominations to the presentation ceremony.
